Omu-soba by Osada-honjyoh-ken

Omusoba is one of new Japanese soul food.

 Omu = Omelet= egg.

Soba = Yaki Soba=cooked Japanese noodle with sauce.

This sauce is a kind of sweet, tastes like Okonomiyaki or Takoyaki sauce.

When I open the egg.......ohh! Yakisoba is coming out!!

The Omusoba on the picture is from Osada Honjyo Ken restaurant. Their main place is in Kobe, Hyogo, Japan.

I ate this at Ario Kameari store in Kameari, Katsushikaku, Tokyo, Japan.
Ario Kameari is a big shopping mall, 5 minutes walk from Kameari station of the Chiyoda-Line.

In Tokyo, Osada-honjyoken has only 2 blanches. On the other one is in teecute Tachikawa, Tachikawa city, in Tokyo.
