Time table of the train

As I mentioned on the post of A short trip from Ueno to Akihabara ,

you can see the time table of the train. Also, sometimes you can get small one for your handy.

This is the time table of Kasumigaseki staion of Chiyoda Line by Tokyo metro.
The blue side is for the weekdays,

and the red side is weekends and holidays.

Not so many stations settle like this, if you ask at the exit, you may get the one.

So, ask!

A short MOVIE from Ueno to Akihabara

Akihabara city, Tokyo is one of the famous city for electronics and Japanese anime.

today, I got on Yamanote Line from Ueno to Akihabara (called as Akiba).

I recorded this on 4/19 Friday, 2013.

This is the photo at Ueno station. The first green line stands for current station.
There are the cart numbers on it.
The 3rd line stands for Akihabara(Akiba) station. If you got on the cart no.9, 8, 6,4 you will be close to the particular exits. If you have already known which exit you will use, you better to get on these cart. It also says about the connection, too.

from Ueno to Akihabara, there are only 2 stations.

Ueno-Okachimachi-Akihabara.

You can either use Yamanote-Line(the green line) or Kehin-Tohoku line(Blue line)

This is the departure time of the Kehin-tohoku-line at Akihabara station.

The blue one is for weekdays and the red one is for weekends and holidays.

NO Smoking on the train. It's written in Japanese, English and Korean.

There are bank for money exchange at Akihabara station.

This is the video from Ueno to Akihabara which I recorded yesterday. Enjoy!

This is the KITA-SENJU Station, in Tokyo. Kita-senju is on the Joban lin. Joban line starts from Tokyo-Ueno till Ibaraki prefecture.
On the picture, you can see the black circle in the train map. That is the Yamanote-line.
The ticket machine is touch panel. Nowadays, many people use the Suica.
Suica is the pre-paid card, you can touch the gate and get into inside.

You can see the final destination of the train and departure time from the station.
The station name also turns into English in every few second.
