So Amazake is sweet sake. It is drinkable for kids, too. So this is not an alcohol.

 Amazake is made of sake lees. It is sweet.

Most usually, you can buy Amazake at Matsuri(Japanese festival).

Because, Amazake is hot, so the best season of Amazake is winter.
