Shingen-Mochi
This is called Shingen-Mochi. Shingen is the Samurai-soldier' Shingen Takeda . Mochi- means rice cake. Shingen-mochi is covered by brown-kinako suger. Open the prastic cover, and add the black honey.
Shingen-Mochi is delicious.
