In Japan, It was used on the packages of cheese, long time ago.
These small blue people "Smurfs".
The white scarf on their head looks like the scarves of Muslim people but it is originally made for smurf. The real name of Smurf is 「Schtroumpf」by Wikipedia. Smurfs are made in Belgium, now it is very famous comic/cartoons in Europe.
Smurfs are living in the woods, somewhere in Europe.
In 2011, Smulfs appeared on the MOVIE!
